Course Overview:

Elleebana is the world’s most popular lash lift and lamination system, globally recognized and trusted by leading experts in over 60 countries. Our education program has been crafted by our award winning team, bringing you almost 3 decades combined experience in the lash and brow industry. Otto Mitter, managing director of Elleebana is a regular speaker and competition judge on the global circuit for eyelash extensions and lift/lamination competitions, conferences and exhibitions. At Elleebana we thrive on sharing our experience and expertise with our students and over the years Elleebana has helped to create the next generation of beauty influencers and leaders in the lash industry.

Our conversion course is suitable for lash artists who are already well versed in lash lifting and want to make the transition from another brand to Elleebana. Within this course you will learn the Elleebana application technique and about the Elleebana Lash Lift products. A case study component is required to receive a digital copy of your official Elleebana Lash Lift Certificate. You are required to submit your previous certification in lash lifting that you obtained with another brand or training facility. This is subject to review of Elleebana and if the certificate is rejected you will be offered a full refund.

• Detailed Ingredients Knowledge and the functions of their formulas (not just your lash lift lotions, be prepared to learn about EVERYTHING you might use during your Lash Lift service).

• The science of lash lift.

• Understanding lash structure, lash texture and lash porosity.

• Health safety and sanitation for you and your clients.

• Contraindications and the most comprehensive consultation form to identify lash growth, direction and percentages of lashes in their individual phases.

• Master techniques and troubleshooting with lash relaxation, lower lash relaxation and partial lift relaxation.

• In depth step by step application process with mastery of both products and tools.

• Advanced rod and shield placement as well as detailed lotion placement instructions.

Course inclusions:

You will receive access to our Online Conversion Course content for 3 months. Your trainer will send you an Elleebana 5 Shot Lash Lift pack and an Original Elleebana Lash Lift Adhesive. Once you have completed your case study assessment component of the course and deemed competent you will be issued with an official electronic digital Elleebana Lash Lift Certificate.

How will the OnLine program be structured?:

Enrollment

Upon confirmation of payment, our team will step into action to support your Elleebana Lash Lift online journey!  Your trainer will ship you your products as per the course inclusions above and you will then be granted access to the Elleebana Excellence Academy Online Educational Platform.

Commencement of Your Course

Once you have your account activated you are ready to get started. In the modules you will find a mixture of theory content and in-depth video tutorials in a easy to use online learning environment. You will be required to complete a few quiz questions throughout the course and on completion you will be require to submit before and after images (within 3 months) as part of your assessment process.

Completion of the Course

Once you have successfully completed the assessment phase of your course, we will issue your digital certificate of completion! HOORAY!!

Model required:

You will need to source models to do your treatments on, take images and submit to your trainer for assessment towards receiving your certificate.

Eligibilty Criteria:

You will need to be certified with another brand or training institute. You will need to ensure that you have a well-developed knowledge and understanding of the following: –

•  Eye anatomy
•  Hair and lash structure.
•  Client/technician wellbeing and self-care
•  Health, safety and sanitation
•  Eye shapes and face considerations when performing a lash lift
